Our Fee Structure
St John of Kronstadt Academy, like all independent schools receiving Government funding, is required to assist towards funding via the collection of Academy fees. Therefore, it is important that all families abide by the schedule and dates set below. The fee structure is outlined in the table below and to assist families with more than one child, a discount schedule is listed in the bottom half of the table:

Early Payment Incentive
Please note that a discount applies to the Tuition Fees only: - any family who chooses to pay the total Academy fees in advance will receive a 5% discount. The discount will apply to tuition fees only and FULL payment MUST be received prior to Friday 7 February 2025. Please note, for the sake of transparency and fairness to all, that no extension will be granted past this date.
Option 2Instalment Payment Schedule
Instalment payment are undertaken four times a year and fee payments are required a term in advance in Term 1 and will continue to be payable by the second Friday of Term 2, 3 and 4 2025. A Late Payment penalty applies to all Full Fees outstanding on the due date. Outstanding balances on all Academy fees will be referred to the Academy Debt Collector and incur a 10% Collection Fee.
Invoices for Academy fees will be sent in the second week of each term and will provide the amount to be paid and details for payment.
